So everyone was expecting a next android release at the Google  I / O 2014 at June 25th and Google disappointed us actually no.We can say that it did show us some glimpses of the next version of the android .  It did show us some amazing stuff . Some major improvements in the UI of next version of android.But still the L is under development and is getting regular updates and bug fixes and all the core apps are redesigned . As it is improving the next stable will be expecting soon.



SO WHAT'S NEW :

                                  The improvement in UI is massive. To start of the home-back-multitask button has been redesigned into simple geometric figures .The core of the UI is the Material Design and also multitasking has changed dramatically not only allowing that but the time between switching apps is also decreased by a good percentage .The new multitasking is changed in the form of cards.


MATERIAL DESIGN :
                       
                         A flatter look, with rounder elements and softer edges that will extend beyond tablets and phones to Chrome OS and Google's various web services. You can see some of the new design philosophy at work already in the latest version of the Google+ app on Android.Shapes are simplified and there are smooth transition animations across the UI. And those animations aren't just inside apps; they can also be between apps. For instance, you could view an image in the photo gallery, and then choose to open it in a third-party editor. Rather than laboriously closing the gallery and then opening the editor, the image itself could appear to float above the apps and simply shift into the second app, which is already open to the editing pane.But there's also a good ripple like effect when you press the buttons and also provides a good feel also. The notification bar is also transparent now which gives it quite a good wallpaper effect  to the apps.





 NOTIFICATIONS :
                       
                                  The notification bar is completely revised and has done quite some improvements. Now you'll be able to interact with notifications, right from your lock screen. That can include quickly swiping them away or double-tapping on the notification to head straight into the relevant app. The notifications aren't ordered simply chronologically anymore either; they're sorted by relevance and importance, which is determined by a number of details of the person etc. But when you've set up the pattern lock it would be troublesome.And also from the lock screen now you can directly enter the dialer by swiping it right from the lockscreen just as it was for the camera function.
Now i must say that these two giants are providing us the same functionality , when Apple introduced iOS 8 it also introduced pop up notifications which are interactive , but in I / O Google also made it available for their androids. For truly important events, Google has introduced heads-up notifications, which pop interactive notifications over your current task. You can engage with the notifications or decline it and continue your task.




A LITTLE BIT OF CONTINUTY :

                           As though i would say that Apple had really impressed us all by the continuty feature , but Google came up with it . By narrowing the gap more. Though Google's feature was not so advanced then Apple , but still a good variety in the extensive use.Like if you've close to your Chromebook the Chromebook will automatically recognize   your android device whether it is a LG G Watch or Moto 360.And will also tell if the battery's low and some other features as well. 

TOSHIBA SATELLITE RADIUS: big hybrid for big plans

       Toshiba's new Radius hybrid looks familiar, but also adds a new twist to a popular design idea unlike the other laptops.It is a  15.6-inch laptop and  has a fold-back-style hinge that allows you to bend the screen back to  360 degrees which converts it to tablet mode. It's very similar to the fold-back hinge originally seen in the Lenovo Yoga  and later adopted by Dell, HP, and  many others.

The difference from other laptops of this form factor or this type have a lesser inch screen size compared to this which has a bigger 15.6-inch screen. The basic idea is still the same: fold the hinge back -- Toshiba calls it a flip-and-fold design -- and use the system as a thick, heavy tablet, or prop up the screen for easy viewing without the keyboard getting in the way.
















The Toshiba has a  larger body, with the Radius  is that you're more likely to set it up in as a big-screen kiosk, using the upside-down keyboard base as a kickstand  than as a 15-inch tablet. Like the Yoga and its peers, the keyboard still sticks out from the back panel of the system in tablet mode, although both the keyboard and touchpad are deactivated automatically.

A hybrid with horsepower

Of course, being a "prosumer" device (I'm so sorry), Toshiba packed the Radius with some powerful innards to make good on that promise. Powering the pixels behind a 1920 x 1080 multi-touch display is either an Intel Core i5 processor (Haswell) to start. Though, a Core i7 model will be available at launch.

Playing supporting roles are 8GB of memory and up to 1TB worth of storage – no need for an SSD in a hybrid this large, save for speed's sake. Better yet, the laptop comes sporting 802.11ac Wi-Fi along with Intel WiDi for wireless broadcasting content to other screens.
Another big plus for a hybrid this large is that there is no dearth for hard connections, with three USB 3.0 ports – one with Toshiba's Sleep & Charge function – and an HDMI-out port with 4K support. Finally, an HD webcam with dual-array microphones rounds out the package.

 Too Early verdict

When the Toshiba Satellite Radius hits stores  early this July, it will start at $925.99. That might sound like a lot of hole in the pocket, but considering that most similarly powered convertible hybrids cost more at smaller form factors, this doesn't sound like a bad deal.
Of course, that's assuming you're into the whole "hybrid" thing. This unique category has come a long way since Windows 8 graced us with its presence, with the Surface Pro 3 looking to be a shining example.
At the very least, the Satellite Radius is unique in that will be one of the few laptop-tablet hybrids on the market at 15.6 inches. Not to mention that the device has the hardware to back it up. Stay tuned for my full review to see whether this hybrid is more than just high-power.



Because this is a bigger, heavier system, there are a few design tweaks. A thin rubber bumper outlines the keyboard tray, keeping your keyboard keys from clacking against the table in kiosk mode, and a small magnetic connection helps hold the lid against the back of the body in tablet mode.
The Radius will have current-gen Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, and up to a 1TB HDD. It will be available in early July at Best Buy and Toshiba's online store, starting at $925.

ACER ASPIRE S7 : REVIEW

                                  

Acer releasing a new arsenal to its S7 series calling it  the S7-392. Comprising of 13-inch screen , it having the latest Haswell processors, a better battery of longer runtime . Acer retooled its cooling setup so that the fans supposedly operate much more quietly. It's the same laptop as the series : same keyboard, same thin and light design, same 1080p screen. So it is better then the rest of the series?

Look and feel

 

So if your looking for drastically new refresh of the S7 series,, this new model will dissapoint you in that . It features virtually the same design as the series of the last year. But fortunately that's a good thing: the original was damn gorgeous. But also thin, light, well-made.  . The laptop  continues to look fresh, even weeks after we tested it. At 2.87 pounds (up slightly from 2.86 last year), it's still one of the lightest 13-inch touchscreen laptops you're going to find. Even the Toshiba Kirabook, supposedly one of the lightest, weighs about a tenth of a pound more.
But part of it's also the way the S7 is put together. The hinge in the back is small, and unobtrusive, and sits flush with the lid. And while the sides are cut in a clean, blunt sort of way, they never feel too sharp. The corners, in particular, have been ever-so-slightly rounded so that they never dig into your palms when you're carrying it with two hands. Making an easy-to-hold laptop is about more than just using the lightest materials. 
 
                      Though the S7 has mostly the same selection of ports as last time (two USB 3.0, an SD slot and a headphone jack), except the HDMI socket is now full-sized. Also, Acer's moved them around, shuffling some sockets from the right to the left, and vice versa. For starters, rather than have both USB connections on the right, there's now one on either edge, which seems like the more convenient setup to us. The SD slot has moved to the left edge, while the HDMI and headphone ports now sit on the right side. Not much to say here except that the power button is unusually difficult to push, to the point where it's not always obvious that the machine has registered your finger-press. Hopefully Acer will loosen that key up just a bit when it comes time to design the follow-up product.
                       Acer has refined its TwinAir cooling system so that the fans should make less noise than they did last time around. This unit also has Intel's Wireless Display technology, a requirement for new Ultrabooks.

Keyboard and trackpad

                                      Acer hardly made any changes to the S7's backlit keyboard, which features flat, chiclet-style buttons, done up in a metal finish to match the palm rest. The keys offer slightly more travel this time (1.3mm instead of 1mm), but they still feel pretty flat. Even so, they're backed by a sturdy underlying panel, and most of the buttons are actually big enough to hit without looking (the Caps Lock and Tab keys being notable exceptions). All told, it's still easy to type on, despite its flatness and a few shrunken keys.
                                   The touch feels the same as of the S7 as of its slightly tweaked and feels  quite good when windows 8 is used and is quite comfortable and touchpad is quite responsive and has  a good finish

Display and sound

 

                  The S7's  new model will be available with 2,560 x 1,440 resolution .  It's as lovely as ever, with arresting colors, fine details and a remarkable immunity to screen glare ). It comes with a 1080p screen and you don't have choice but to go with a 1080p screen, the viewing angles alone make it the best full HD screen we've seen on an Ultrabook. Truly, these colors just won't quit: whether you watch from off to the side or with the screen dipped forward, the saturation and contrast look about the same as they do when you're watching straight-on.
                      Unfortunately, the audio quality doesn't nearly match the visuals. . We finally settled on 75 / 100, but even then the volume wasn't quite loud enough to rise above the sound of an air conditioner blasting across the room. Still, that small concession in volume meant we could listen to a live recording of Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck and actually make out all the instruments (and not just Clapton's electric guitar).


Performance
                          The system is well equipped, giving the user speedy boot times and app launches. The S7-392-6411 is one of the higher performers among systems with a Core i5 processor. The system's 3D scores are improved over systems with 3rd generation Intel HD Graphics, though for hardcore gaming you'll want a specialized gaming rig that trades everyday speed for gaming prowess. This system should last you the three to five years before you replace it with something newer.
                   Speaking of lasting, the S7-392-6411 has a battery rundown time of eight and half hours (8:27), which will get you through a transcontinental flight, with hours left over for when you get there. As long as you let the system sleep when you're not using it, the S7-392-6411 should last the entire day. This is hours longer than last years model (4:45). The S7-392-6411 also performs better overall than our last Editors' Choice for high-end ultrabooks, the Asus Zenbook Prime Touch UX31A-BHI5T ($1,199), which got lower scores on the Handbrake, PCMark, 3D, and battery tests. The S7-392-6411 outlasts its closest rival in features and thinness, the Sony VAIO Pro 13 by two hours.
The Acer Aspire S7-392-6411's performance punctuates the system's excellent feature set, thinness, design, build quality, low weight, and general excellence. It is more than a worthy replacement of the Zenbook Prime Touch as our new Editors' Choice for high-end ultrabooks. Sure, you are paying a bit more for the thin chassis and sturdy build materials, but unlike the VAIO Pro 13, the Acer Aspire S7-392-6411 doesn't skimp on battery life in the quest to be the thinnest, lightest laptop around. The Acer Aspire S7-392-6411 therefore gains one of our highest overall scores and Editors' Choice award.

The iPhone 6 and WWDC 2014 : what to expect? 

                       It is been rumored allot as the Apple WWDC event 2014 is nearing closer and closer and the rumors are also heating up .  The most rumored iPhone 6 is at it's best high time as the event gets closer.The heat is going up as there are tons of rumors of iPhone 6 . But some decline it saying it will come in the September event.As of know we are not sure , but we can show you the latest rumors.

                 The most famous leaked images of the iPhone 5s and 5c were actually leaked previously by a blogger and the leak was perfect .So a lot of expectations that this blogger would tell us about iPhone 6 .As he has posted some images of the new iPhone 6 , there's quite a big buzz of the screen size increasing to a whooping 4.8 inch size and also rumored to come with a 5.5 inch size as well(highly not possible) .As always the hardware are not as leaked as the design.

 
              It is leaked that the iPhone 6 will be much thinner the the iPhone 5s and will have a curved design like than of an iPod and the first versions of the iPhone .But as we said nothing but only the design is leaked.A statement from Eddy Cue  told the Code Conference Wednesday evening that Apple’s scheduled product releases through the end of this year are “the best product pipeline” he has seen in 25 years at the company. . This gives rise to another rumor that the iPhone will be released in September.This rumor is more supported as the German carrier also reported the same.And the fact that all the versions after iPhone 4 were released in September so this thing is more likely.

So time will only tell .
